Voting
Aye / Nay / Abstain / Recuse and certification
When a decision is in VOTING status, eligible directors cast Aye, Nay, Abstain, or Recuse. Votes are stored on an open vote session and audited (vote.cast). You can change your choice while the session is open. Chair or Secretary certify the vote when quorum and tallies are ready; certification closes the session and advances the decision lifecycle.
