Confidential and pack materials open in a watermarked viewer with recipient identity on the chrome. Opens record view tracking — pack read receipts and document access events — and the meeting page shows a named Director readiness list (who opened the pack or marked items reviewed). By default every signed-in board member sees those names; the Chair (or an Admin / Owner) can limit them to the Chair and Secretary in Settings (Director readiness visibility). Audit events land in Trust Center. Watermarks and logs discourage misuse; they do not prevent screenshots or cameras. Revoke access (offboard or revoke magic links) when someone leaves the board.
