  • When a booking is confirmed outside Prepared (speaker and board both agree), Prepared plans a marketplace facilitation fee of 10% of the speaker’s stated engagement fee, with a $250 minimum — not charged in-app today.
  • Ultra packages an AI speaker booking concierge (human help matching a board request to opted-in speakers) — coming / not live yet; not an automatic booking engine.
  • Speaker payments, marketplace checkout, and opted-in speaker agreements are not live. Listing a topic is not a booking. A stored request stays “Request received — not a confirmed booking.”
