Prep Score
0–100 meeting readiness for chairs and secretaries
Prep Score is a 0–100 readiness score for each meeting. It shows how prepared the board is before the meeting — not a personal director grade. Bands: Excellent (≥90), Ready (≥70), At risk (≥50), Unprepared (<50). On Metrics, Prepared Meeting Rate is the share of meetings scoring 70 or higher.
