Magic links
Zero-ceremony access to a published board pack
Chair, Secretary, Admin, or Owner can mint a link for a specific email so that person can open the meeting’s published pack at /pack/[token] without a full login ceremony. The raw token is shown once; only a hash is stored. Default expiry is 14 days (configurable 1–90). Opening records pack read receipts and audit (pack.magic_link.opened).
