Board recruiter portal

Board recruiters and their agents can search people who have opted into the candidate directory, filter by board type, skills, industry, and geography, save shortlists, and send in-app contact requests. Candidates accept or decline. There is no match score and no ranking of people.

  • Self-declare your firm — flagged Unverified until a Prepared admin verifies you.
  • See PUBLIC profiles (anyone) and RECRUITERS_ONLY profiles (signed-in recruiters).
  • Contact requests are rate-limited and never emailed.
  • Agent-friendly read-only JSON at /api/agent/board-candidates — public-visibility fields only.

A paid recruiter tier is planned (search + shortlists + higher contact limits) — not live. Billing is built but not live until production credentials are connected.
