Offboarding
Revoke access in one intentional action
On People, Chair, Secretary, Admin, or Owner can Offboard a member. You cannot offboard yourself. Offboarding sets membership to REVOKED, clears voting eligibility, ends the term, ends open committee seats, clears DocumentACL membership/director grants on that board, revokes pending invites for that email, revokes that person's unexpired pack magic links for that board's meetings, bumps sessionVersion so existing sessions fail on the next request, and writes audit (member.offboarded; pack.magic_link.revoked_on_offboard with a count only). Historical votes and decisions keep attribution.
