LPAC Valuation Policy Review Template
Template — not legal advice. Whether the LPAC reviews, consults on, or approves valuations — or has no valuation role at all — depends on your LPA. Check your LPA and fund counsel. An LPAC review is not an audit and does not make the committee the valuation agent.

See it in Prepared Board
There is no seeded LPAC board. Northlight Robotics shows the record shape: a sealed Q2 pack for the Harbor Logistics MSA and a live Q4 pack with a disclosed investor conflict. Sign in as a sample board (see /sample-decision) (password on /facts) or open /pack/demo-pack-northlight-q4. Revisit dates and outcome monitors sit on the decision; Prepared does not compute or check valuations.
