Emails start once an email provider is connected.* Prepared Board is a **board decision operating system**: it helps a board prepare for, make, record, and follow through on its decisions, and keeps an honest, exportable record of how each decision was made. **Prepared doesn't make your decisions. It proves you made them carefully.** ## 1. Fiduciary care is a record, not a slogan Directors are asked how they decided — by investors, auditors, regulators, members, and sometimes courts.
