Before your first meeting
- Confirm Audit and Compensation committee charters are on file (linked document).
- Complete insider trading / MNPI / trading-window policy acknowledgment when enabled — in-app only; Prepared does not run blackout calendars or broker pre-clear.
- Read related-party register gaps and pack attestation status on the next meeting.
Public / pre-IPO habits
- Independence categories on the skills matrix are board-declared — not an exchange listing opinion.
- Reserved matters and material closure evidence matter more as you approach IPO.
- Never treat Prepared as SOX compliance software or an EDGAR filing agent.
