How boards like yours keep their record
Boards that use Prepared can choose to contribute anonymized counts of their own process. We publish cohort medians only when enough real boards have opted in. Until then, this page says so.
What is measured
- Share of closed decisions with closure evidence attached (Closed decisions with closure evidence on record ÷ Decisions closed in the last 12 months)
- Share of meetings whose pack was published by the board's own lead-time setting (Meetings with pack published ≥ pack lead days before the meeting ÷ Meetings held in the last 12 months with a published pack)
- Share of closed decisions with at least one outcome monitor (Closed decisions with an outcome monitor ÷ Decisions closed in the last 12 months)

Process measures only — what boards recorded, not how well they decided. Details
No outcome scores, grades, or rankings. Seeded and demo boards never count. Contribution is off by default and only anonymized counts leave a board.

Cohorts need at least 10 opted-in, non-demo boards before any number appears. Boards are never ranked or shown individually.
